About the Event
LeadingAge Maryland’s teams, organizations, communities, and field have come together over the previous months in ways the senior living industry could not have imagined before COVID-19. Administrators and directors are now delivering meals with dining teams. Life enrichment teams are spending entire days facilitating Zoom meetings between residents and loved ones. Transportation teams are now grocery deliverers around the city of Baltimore. Service coordinators and property managers are delivering mail and groceries, and finding creative ways to keep residents connected and engaged in the midst of isolation.
The jobs we do each day might look different, but the importance of our organizations and our missions has never been clearer.
