Vayyar's Automotive Solution
Vayyar’s 4D imaging sensor, a high performance, multi-functional and affordable automotive mmWave sensor, creates a new opportunity to maximize vehicle exterior and in-cabin safety.
Exterior SRR: Featuring a wide field of view, zero-minimum-distance and no dead-zones, the sensor provides full SRR coverage around the vehicle. It can map and classify the car’s surroundings for complete around-vehicle monitoring (AVM), enabling parking assistance, autonomous emergency braking (AEB), blind spot monitoring, collision avoidance, and alerts for height obstacles, obstructions and more.
In-cabin sensing: One sensor can cover up to two full vehicle rows, while differentiating between children and adults for Child Presence Detection (CPD), enhanced seat belt reminders (SBR) and airbag optimization.
Each sensor has up to 48 transceivers, which allows over 2,000 virtual channels for maximum resolution. Our radar-on-a-chip is available in both 60 Ghz for In-Cabin and 79 GHz for SRR.
Vayyar has partnered with the following Tier 1s: Valeo, Aisin, Faurecia, Brose and other industry manufacturers to create safer cars with radar. Our solutions are also available for vans, trucks and buses.
